The brief called for a practical single-level home with generous shared living spaces, good separation between the master suite and children’s bedrooms, and a layout that would work effortlessly for everyday family life.

At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, creating a central space where the family can come together. The open layout provides an easy connection between cooking, dining and relaxing while giving the home a light, spacious feel.

Privacy for Parents and Children

An important part of the design was creating separation between the sleeping areas. The master bedroom is positioned on the opposite side of the home from the children’s bedrooms, providing additional privacy for both parents and children.

The master suite includes its own ensuite, while the remaining bedrooms are conveniently located near the main family bathroom. A separate toilet was also incorporated into the layout, providing additional practicality for a busy four-bedroom household.
